Logo Stitch-out / Proof:
Following digitization, we create a stitch-out or proof of the logo. This allows you to review and approve the design before we commence with decoration.

Proof Approval:
We will send you an email with a proof of your logo for your approval before initiating the decoration process.

Decoration (Embroidering or Printing):
Once approval is received, we proceed to embroider or print the purchased apparel/accessories, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Should you require your order sooner than our standard lead time, we offer Rush Processing, which is typically available to accommodate expedited requests.

For blank sample orders, these typically ship within 1-5 business days, plus transit time to your location. We maintain warehouses across the country to facilitate efficient shipping.
