4. Artwork Conversion and Review:
- Our design team will promptly convert your uploaded artwork into a digital format suitable for our machines.
- You will receive mock-ups of the artwork for your review, feedback, and final approval before production commences.

5. Production Phase:
- After your approval, we initiate the production process for your order.
- Your order is placed in our production queue and will be processed by one of our commercial machines.

6. Quality Check and Shipment:
- Every item in your order is thoroughly checked for quality.
- Once quality assurance is complete, your order is carefully packaged.
- It is then shipped to your specified delivery address.
- Our current estimated turnaround time from order placement is 10-14 business days.
