Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with H&S Embroidery.
Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, our return and refund policy is different from that of standard retail stores. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return & Refund Policy:
“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to H&S Embroidery LLC, Kent, WA.
“Website” refers to H&S Embroidery, accessible from hsembroidery.com.
“Goods” refers to the products offered for sale on our Website.
“Order” means a request placed by You to purchase Goods from Us.
“You” refers to the individual or entity accessing the Website or purchasing Goods from Us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase only if production has not started.
If production, digitizing, patch preparation, artwork setup, or customization work has already begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Custom and Personalized Products
Because our products are made to order and often customized to your specifications, custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom embroidered hats
- Custom patches
- Personalized apparel
- Orders made with customer-approved artwork, logos, names, or special sizing requests
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused
- The item is unwashed
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
Return requests must be approved by us before any item is sent back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design or order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please email support@hsembroidery.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Return Process
Do not send any items back without contacting us first.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
If a return or refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Approved Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving mockups, artwork, spelling, layout, and design details before production begins.
Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible unless there is an error on our part.
