Please note that we do not publicly list a phone number. We are a small but dedicated team, handling numerous design submissions, orders, and customer inquiries daily. If a phone call is deemed necessary for an existing order, we will coordinate and reach out to you.

Turn around time?
At present, our production time is approximately 7-14 business days, which includes Monday through Friday, starting from the date your order is placed. Once an order completes its production phase, it is dispatched using UPS/USPS and typically takes a few business days to reach your doorstep.
Please bear in mind that these turnaround times are estimates. While the majority of orders are finished and shipped within the originally provided timeframe, occasional issues during production may lead to slight delays. These issues can include challenges like logos not stitching well, human errors in the production process, or certain items being on back-order.
Rest assured that our machines operate round the clock, and we make every effort to expedite your order and have it on its way to you as swiftly as possible.
