3. Products and Services

H&S Embroidery offers custom embroidered products, patches, apparel decoration, and related custom merchandise.

Because many of our products are made to order, the final product may vary slightly from digital mockups, previews, or screen images. Minor differences in thread color, patch texture, placement, size, garment shade, stitching detail, or material appearance are normal and do not automatically qualify as defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without notice.

4. Custom Artwork and Customer-Provided Files

Customers may submit logos, artwork, text, and other materials for customization.

By submitting artwork or files, you confirm that:
- You own the artwork, or
- You have permission or legal rights to use it

You agree that H&S Embroidery is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted artwork. You are solely responsible for any claims related to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights connected to the materials you provide.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Quotes, Mockups, and Order Approval

Any quote, estimate, mockup, digital proof, or sample provided by H&S Embroidery is for review and approval purposes only.

For custom orders:
- Production may begin only after customer approval of the final design, mockup, invoice, or order details
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details carefully before approval, including spelling, size, colors, placement, quantities, product selection, and shipping information
- Once approval is given and production has started, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges and delays

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all submitted information, artwork, quantities, customization details, and shipping information are accurate.

H&S Embroidery is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including but not limited to spelling, layout, sizing, color selection, placement, or other approved order details.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for unless the order details are changed by the customer afterward.

Payment may be required in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not completed, we may delay, cancel, or refuse the order.

7. Production Times

Production times vary depending on product type, order size, artwork readiness, stock availability, and workload.

Any production or shipping time shown on our website, in email, or in communication with the customer is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically stated in writing.

H&S Embroidery is not liable for delays caused by:
- Supplier or carrier delays
- Customer approval delays
- Incomplete or incorrect order information
- High seasonal demand
- Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to locations we choose to serve. Shipping charges, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or communicated before shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is complete and correct before the order is submitted.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. H&S Embroidery is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts. However, we may assist customers in communicating with the carrier when reasonably possible.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started.

If work has already begun, including digitizing, proof preparation, sourcing blanks, patch setup, embroidery setup, or production, cancellation may be denied or may be subject to charges for work already completed and materials already ordered.

Custom orders are often made specifically for the customer and may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Orders

Because most items sold by H&S Embroidery are custom-made or personalized, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a clear defect or an error caused by H&S Embroidery.

Refunds, replacements, or corrections may be considered only when:
- The wrong item was sent
- The order does not match the approved final specifications due to our error
- The item has a verified production defect

We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Customer-approved design errors
- Minor color, thread, placement, sizing, or material variations
- Delays caused by carriers or customer response time
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse

Any claim regarding an order must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos and a description of the issue.

11. Color and Appearance Disclaimer

Colors shown on screens, monitors, phones, and digital mockups may not exactly match the final embroidered, printed, patched, or decorated product.

Embroidery, patch materials, thread sheen, garment texture, lighting, and screen settings can all affect appearance. Slight differences between digital previews and finished products are expected and are not considered defects.

Digital mockups are for general visual reference only and do not represent exact stitch count, texture, thread direction, or final scale on the physical product.

12. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you with substitute options, a revised timeline, or cancellation options.

We are not responsible if certain products, colors, sizes, or brands become unavailable from suppliers after an order is submitted.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, branding, logos, page design, and other materials, is the property of H&S Embroidery or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any content from this website without prior written consent.
